Built Different. Built Better.
Cost Savings
+$5,000
Upfront difference
Kokoon may cost slightly more at purchase
Year 8–10
Break-even point
Kokoon becomes the cheaper option
$35,000
Saved by year 25
Lower energy + zero maintenance costs
Cutting-Edge Technology and Materials
Galvanized steel frame
vs. regular steel used by most competitors
Built to last
Your home stays structurally sound for 50–75 years
Regular steel starts degrading in 15–20 years
No rust, ever
Zinc coating shields the frame from moisture, salt, and UV
Regular steel rusts when exposed — especially in humid or coastal climates
Self-repairing protection
If the surface gets scratched, the zinc coating heals itself
Regular steel needs repainting every few years to stay protected
Zero maintenance costs
No repainting, no coatings, no ongoing upkeep on the frame
Competitors' frames require regular treatment — adding cost over time
Upfront cost
Slightly higher at purchase — fully recovered within 5–7 years
Then saves 30–40% in total ownership costs over the home's life
The bottom line
A frame that protects itself — so you never have to worry about what's holding your home up.
Closed-cell PU foam insulation
vs. EPS foam used by competitors like Boxabl
Keeps your home comfortable
40–70% better insulation than standard EPS foam
Thinner walls, same result — no bulk, no compromise
Lower energy bills
Saves $300–$800 per year on heating and cooling
That's up to $35,000–$60,000 back in your pocket over 50 years
Moisture-proof walls
100% waterproof — no mold risk, no water damage inside the walls
EPS foam can absorb water, weakening insulation over time
Quieter, more solid feel
Denser foam adds structural rigidity and reduces sound transfer
Lighter EPS foam offers no structural contribution
No draft, no cold spots
Seamless air barrier means consistent temperature room to room
Board-style foam can leave gaps at joints where air leaks in
The bottom line
Better insulation means lower bills every month — and a home that stays warm in winter and cool in summer without working overtime.
Why It Matters
We've seen the impact firsthand.
This isn’t theory. After seven years across Latin America, we know what happens when quality housing becomes available.
- Families gain economic stability through homeownership building equity, not just paying rent.
- Children perform better in school when living in safe, stable, comfortable homes.
- Communities transform when quality housing becomes available at scale.
- Health outcomes improve with proper construction standards and indoor environmental quality.
- Environmental footprints shrink through energy-efficient design and reduced material waste.
Housing should be attainable without sacrificing design.
Sustainability should be embedded not optional
Efficiency should increase quality not reduce it.
A home should feel intentional.
This Isn’t “Alternative” Housing. This Is the Upgrade.

Alexander built his career shaping culture through film and television, with credits including The Pacific, Yellowstone, and 1923.
He now applies that same creative discipline to housing where structure, pacing, and intention matter just as much as aesthetics.
His philosophy is simple:
A great home should feel effortless. The complexity should stay behind the scenes.
