Kokoon Homes is a European-engineered modular housing company with deep roots in social impact. Since 2018, we have delivered dignified, sustainable homes across Latin America, and in 2025 we expanded our operations to the United States.

Over seven years, Kokoon Homes has served communities across Latin America that need affordable, high-quality housing solutions.
Our work includes partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations, delivering housing for emergency response, workforce housing, and long-term residential communities.
Through these efforts, hundreds of families have gained access to safe, dignified homes, even in challenging climates and remote locations.

In 2025, Kokoon Homes expanded to the United States, bringing our international experience and proven modular housing solutions to a market facing a growing housing affordability crisis.

Alexander built his career shaping culture through film and television, with credits including The Pacific, Yellowstone, and 1923.
He now applies that same creative discipline to housing where structure, pacing, and intention matter just as much as aesthetics.
His philosophy is simple:

VP of Strategic Markets & Brand Development
Eduardo leads Kokoon’s U.S. and Latin American expansion strategy, bringing over 16 years of international marketing and brand development experience across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Having worked with global organizations including Delta Airlines, Harvard University, Sony, and Acer, he specializes in positioning transformative products in competitive markets and scaling them for adoption.
At Kokoon, he focuses on turning modular housing from a niche alternative into a mainstream movement.
MIGUEL ALBAREDA
Business Development & Operations
Miguel leads operational strategy and international expansion, building scalable systems that support long-term growth.
With experience across finance, healthcare, and international ventures between Europe and the United States, he ensures Kokoon expands with discipline, structure, and sustainability.
