The majority of our customers have the 
knowledge and know how to do a lot of
the homebuilding interior finishing work like 
drywall, trim, cabinets and painting
themselves and will arrange for subcontractors 
to finish the plumbing, electric and HVAC. Very few 
have the intricate knowledge and time to undertake 
the actual framing. That's where Kokoon Homes comes in. 
We take the headaches and confusion out of the largest 
portion of the building project. Saving you time and money 
at the start of the project and saving you money on energy
 bills long after the job is done. Now that is "True Comfort".

Our prefabricated building components are engineered to assemble quickly and easily
with average skills and knowledge and minimal tools. 2-3 people can have an average
size home dried in in 5 days at a cost starting at $15 - $ 29.00 per square foot, depending on trim level.This means your home's shell can be erected and lockable in less than a week. Window and doors installed, shingles on and (optionally) siding and trim done. All that will be left to finish is the interior.

Choose from one of our many floor plans or use your own. Our components are flexible 
enough to meet almost any design challenge. After fabrication, we can deliver the panels to your 
site or have them container shipped overseas. Your home is shipped with easy to understand 
assembly instructions and our support staff is available 7 days a week to assist you with any
technical questions. We can also provide you with an Assembly Crew if needed.

After construction, you will have an airtight, highly 
energy efficient structure that is Gold LEED certifiable through 
the National Association of Homebuilders Green Building program. 
You'll save up to 50%, on average, on your energy bills. Your home 
will also be made with recycled American steel, Soy based foam 
insulation, and produced with minimal energy expenditure and
material waste.

*Due to size and shipping logistics, most of our clients choose to buy floor and roof systems locally.
