Patent pending design. The design process started over 10 years ago by David Rades and has gone through several revisions. We have now achieved the perfect balance of STRENGTH, ECO-FRIENDLY, LIGHTWEIGHT, ROT-TERMITE-MOLD-FIRE RESISTANT, ENERGY EFFICIENT, AFFORDABLE, SIMPLE TO INSTALL, NO CRANE NEEDED, HIGH APPRAISAL VALUE, LOW INSURANCE COST.
Individual kit house components interlock universally and are non-plan specific. This means that they will adapt to your floorplan. All components are framed with precision fit steel, strong and lightweight. They are then fitted on the exterior with OSB (oriented strand board) incorporation of non-flammable 2 part expanding foam R-23 Soy based insulation with a thermal break. On future models, an electrical chase is installed before the interior skin of sheetrock is attached with a bonding agent to minimize drywall mud and sanding.
 Our intent is to inventory wall components so anyone who has very basic assembly skills has a chance to own and assemble their own home.
These house kit components assemble quickly and are appraised as conventional framing.
